Case 1: Egyptian Ministry of Tourism:
Handling Egyptian Ministry of Tourism marketing from 1994 to 2005, which achieved a dramatic increase of tourists' number as well as an increase in the average of reservations of nights.
Achievement: The number of increase of incoming tourists in 1994: 1.2 million, and in 2005: 12.6 million.
Case 2: Johnson Wax – Raid mats:
i. Launching raid mats (mosquito repellent) at the time when the Egyptian market was full of brands using blue mats with red and blue packaging.
ii. According to the fact that red mats active ingredient is natural, we proposed and approved to launch green mats with green packaging which was concerned unique compared to the existing brands with USP "unique natural product".
Achievement: Raid mats gained 30% market share in the same year of the launch.
Case 3: Good Morning toilet soap:
i. Recommended to Unilever Egypt to penetrate mass market brands beside its international premium brands to gain more market share and penetration.
ii. Developed a new brand, packaging, positioning and mass consumer benefits based on previous research findings.
Achievement: Good Morning toilet soap, achieved a tremendous significant market share in the toilet soap market of Egypt during the year of launch.
